Terms of purchase
- Shipping policy (online shop): Delivery only to the person placing the order. Shipping to third parties is excluded. Shipping is limited to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
- Proof of age: Submit a copy of a valid official ID (Swiss ID or passport) by email or post.
- Safety test: In cases of suspected self-harm or harm to others, we are obliged to refuse the sale.
- Purchase contract: A written sales contract, signed by both buyer and seller, is required for every firearm. to be kept for 10 years.
- Foreigners: Foreigners living in Switzerland need a Residence permit C or must have a firearms acquisition permit (WES) with Residence permit B to have.
- According to Article 12, paragraph 1 of the Weapons Ordinance, we are permitted to issue weapons to nationals of the following states. no Selling weapons: Albania, Algeria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Serbia, Sri Lanka and Türkiye
Laser cartridges
Laser cartridges are considered in Switzerland to be Laser devices and are subject to the Laser Pointer Ordinance (V-NISSG).
Only lasers of the following are permitted: Class 1 or 2The laser training cartridges from Mantis, Pink Rhino Accurize and other lasers are pulse lasers and fall into class 1.
Laser of the Grades 3 and 4 are prohibited and may neither be sold nor used.
Please note the legal requirements and use laser cartridges exclusively for training purposes in suitable weapons.
Laser Boresights (adjustment and zeroing devices with permanent laser beam) fall under the category of Laser pointers. Trade, possession and use are prohibited in Switzerland.
