The shipping costs include both postage and the necessary packaging material.

- All packages are sent by registered mail.

Delivery
Shipping occurs after payment is received. Delivery time is usually 2 to 4 business days. For payments made by bank transfer (prepayment), shipping may be delayed by an additional 48 hours. Shipping is handled by Swiss Post.

No problem! Did you forget an adapter or other accessory with your order? Simply order it separately. Use the discount code poeco26 Shipping costs for the second order (CHF 4.90) are waived.
We will combine both orders for you, so that everything arrives together and without any additional shipping costs.

For government agencies, we offer payment by invoice (30 days).
