Currently, no deliveries are possible outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Since July 1, 2026 This applies in the EU to e-commerce shipments from non-EU countries until 150 € a flat-rate customs duty of €3 per item of goods/HS codeOur webshop is currently unable to display this. However, we are working on changing that.
I do a lot for your satisfaction – but I'm not Galaxus, Zalando or Temu.
We currently ship to Belgium, Germany, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic and Hungary. Other countries upon request.
All packages are shipped with tracking.
- up to 250g – CHF 19.-
- up to 500g – CHF 24.-
- The maximum order value including shipping costs is CHF 1000.-
Customs duties may apply in the destination country. If these are not paid on time, customs may return the package. Unfortunately, we will have to pass on any resulting costs to you.
Please note: Some products may be subject to legal restrictions or prohibitions in the destination country. We accept no liability for this. It is the buyer's responsibility to inform themselves about the applicable regulations in the destination country before ordering.
Delivery
The package will only be delivered once we have received your payment.
The package will be sent via Swiss Post as PRIORITY Plus sent.
Payment methods
We accept Mastercard, Visa or bank transfer (prepayment) as payment methods.
