Register in the Mantis app and join the Schiesskurs.ch . Write us using the contact form when you passed the Elite Rifleman course and what your user name is in the app so that we can find you in the group. As soon as we have confirmed your successful conclusion, you can order the patch.
The patch has Velcro on the back.
