Mantis Titan X – Classification under Swiss Weapons Law
The Mantis Titan X is classified as an imitation weapon . Imitation weapons are considered privileged weaponsa gun license is not required .
The minimum age for purchase and ownership is 18 years .

Conditions of acquisition

  • Shipping policy (online shop): Delivery is only to the person placing the order. Shipping to third parties is excluded. Shipping is limited to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
  • Proof of age: Submit a copy of a valid official ID (Swiss ID or passport) by email or post.
  • Safety check: If there is suspicion of self-harm or danger to others, we are obliged to refuse sale.
  • Purchase contract: A written purchase contract is required for every firearm, which must be signed by both the buyer and seller. This contract must be retained for 10 years .
  • Foreigners: Foreigners living in Switzerland require a settlement permit C .
  • not allowed to sell weapons to citizens of the following countries : Albania, Algeria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Serbia, Sri Lanka and Turkey

Laser cartridges

In Switzerland, laser cartridges are considered laser devices and are subject to the Laser Pointer Ordinance (V-NISSG) .

  • Only Class 1 or 2 . The laser training cartridges from Mantis, Pink Rhino, and Accurize are pulsed lasers and fall into Class 1.
  • Class 3 and 4 lasers are prohibited and may not be sold or used.
  • Please observe the legal requirements and use laser cartridges only for training purposes in suitable weapons.
  • Laser boresights (alignment and zeroing devices with a continuous laser beam ) fall under the category of laser pointers . Trade, possession, and use are prohibited in Switzerland.
