2protect GmbH offers the customer the goods specified in the online shop under the delivery and sales conditions (GTC) listed below. - Conclusion of contract and storage of the contract text
The provisions of these general terms and conditions apply to orders that the customer completes via the website www.schiesstrainer.ch.
The contract is concluded with 2protect GmbH. The presentation and description of the goods on the website www.schiesstrainer.ch does not constitute a contractual offer.
By ordering goods by clicking on the “Submit order” button at the end of the ordering process, the customer is making a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The contract text is saved when orders are placed. The customer receives an email with the order details and the applicable terms and conditions. After the contract has been concluded, the order data can still be viewed in the user account. - Product range
All information about the goods that the customer receives during the ordering process is non-binding. In particular, we reserve the right to make changes in design and technology that do not significantly affect the function, as well as errors in description, illustration and pricing. All technical information as well as information on materials, origin, properties or similar of the goods we offer are based on information provided by the respective manufacturer and are only binding within this framework. Minor differences in color and changes compared to our illustrations or descriptions are possible. - Terms of payment
All prices are continually adjusted to the market and current exchange rates.
They are in Swiss francs (CHF). Shipping takes place after payment of the order. For authorities, payment on account is possible. The payment deadline is 14 days from the date of invoice. - Delivery conditions
If in stock, the products will be delivered as soon as possible to the address specified by the customer. For all goods that have to be delivered to us first, the delivery times mentioned are always non-binding. A claim for damages against us due to non-delivery because the manufacturer or supplier did not deliver or did not deliver on time is expressly excluded. We also assume no liability for any damage to people or property caused by the use of the delivered items. The costs for uncollected or refused shipments will be invoiced to the customer plus a processing fee of 40 CHF. - Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of 2protect GmbH until full payment has been made. - Right of return
The customer has the right to cancel the conclusion of the contract without giving reasons and to return the goods within a period of 10 days. The goods we deliver must be returned undamaged, functional, complete and in perfect original packaging. A credit will be created. Any types of shipping costs will not be refunded or deducted from the credit. - Warranty for defects
For all electronic products, the warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. The guarantee covers all material and production defects. The guarantee expires if unauthorized changes or repairs are made to the goods. Improper handling will also void the warranty. Leaving a battery-powered product unused for a long period of time can lead to the battery becoming defective. If this is the case, the guarantee period expires. We offer a 30-day guarantee on button cell batteries and MagRails. The customer bears the postage for returns. - Data protection
The personal data entrusted to us by the customer will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be passed on to third parties. - Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is Zurich. - Final provisions
The general terms and conditions can be changed at any time by 2protect GmbH.
